This is the life...
You think cliques are an issue? Here at Shore View, Florida it's all out warfare. The area is pretty huge, covering the metropolitan hustle and bustle of the city to the surf shacks right down at the very shore of the sea, and as the area is so wide so is the range of the types of people living there. There are two schools in the area, and while each one does suffer with some clique issues, mainly each will stick together till the end to defend themselves against the other schools in ShoreView.
St. Mary's and Joseph's
The young, beautiful and filthy stinking rich. Most of these students live in the glamourous gated communities in the Sunstrip area of town. Beach condos and villa's are a must have, as well as the extensive amounts of money to pay your way through this school. But don't be fooled by the perfect facade, there are some misfits here, sent by parents to achieve good grades, and while the school is named after the Bible's famous virgin most of the students lost their V plates long ago. But if it's kept quiet it never happened, and they certainly have the money to keep things hush.
Here is where everyone else goes. Can't afford private education? You're stuck here. It's rougher and tougher in the physical sense, but some students find that easier to deal with than the psychological warfare of the private school. Living in more of the downtown areas of Shore View, a lot of the students need part time jobs, and either work so hard to get further or don't care about their future. The mix of students does cause some arguments, but most will put it all behind them if something big arises.[/right]

There's some interesting friendships to be made, some worse enemies to be fought with. Unsuprisingly, most of the groups don't like to see mingling. The St Joseph boys hate seeing St Mary's girls running off into the sunset with the 'others', yet hypocritically aren't too fussy if they can get one of the other girls on the beach with them. Some will learn to keep to their friends close, but their enemies closer, and some will learn to love outside the box you're put in. Some will learn life 101...
