Well, yeah. Like it says on the tin. I just thought that a place for all the ideas would be smart.
It is currently nameless. The weyr is probably one like Skrull or Atlantopolis. Lost and rediscovered because I can't see any way the dragons would shrink that much, even with the plague, unless the changes had been happening for a while. I want to base the mutant colors on less commonly used gems, such as bloodstone. The queens are brown sized and they drop in five meter increments from there. That's pretty much all I have for firm ideas so I am totally open to suggestions.

how about... lapis for the blue-ranked and malachite for the green-ranks? or peridot for greens... moonstone could work, for blues or greens or browns; blues would work best since blue moonstones are the most valuable.

Des, I'm a bit confused? Are you advocating changing the names of the original colors for ths weyr as well as making up the mutants?

I think I'm going to use pearls for the green ranked and bloodstones for the blue ranked. This is just literal ranking, not the modified size ranking to reflect the lack of gold and bronze and the changes in the size ranking and frenquency of occurance for the other canon colors.
