I hate to do this, but I have to have some rules here.
General:
Please use good grammar, punctuation, and capitalization in this forum.
Keep it PG-13 on the boards, we don't need details about Flights. Be sure to mark the thread topic if you're gonna make it detailed.
Do as the admin say or face our wrath.
Please be curtious to your fellow members.
Add some flesh to your posts, especially things like introductions. Writer's block is acceptable, everyone suffers from it, but don't make one sentence posts a pattern.
Absolutely NO CHATSPEAK. Out-of-character posts have to be clearly marked, so no one confuses your actual posts to OOC comments.
Weyr:
There are limitations on the dragon colors we accept. Queens and Princes are currently on hold, but anything below are fine.
Candidates are needed, as is a Weyrsinger, Healers, and other Craftsmen to help keep the domestic functions of the Weyr in order.
Amber-Riders MUST be Impressed, they CAN NOT be imported.
Weyrfolk are allowed flits (fire lizards), but keep the numbers of them low. Queens and Princes MUST be bought, and CAN NOT be imported.
Candidates wishing to impress must be a both the Clutching and Hatching, or they will not Impress from that clutch.
HAD and HAF abilities MUST be bought!
Holds:
Lords and Ladies must be auditioned for
NCW Searches in it's bounded Holds, so your Candidates start off there as whatever they began life as.
Please remember the climate of each of NCW's holds-
Verixon Hold- forever damp and foggy, like a marsh.
Zyjax Hold- Very tropical, hot and muggy
- and RP out the climate accordingly.
Verixon is a Fisher Hold, positioned on the coast, so if you have a Fisher (of any level), he/she can be stationed here.
Zyjax is a agriculture Hold (mostly for plants but they do have a few large herds of herdsbeasts). Herdsmen of any level can be stationed here, as well as anyone with good horticulture skills.
TIME STANDARDS:
We follow the following time format (loosely)
10 days (Real-life) = 1 month (RP-life)
1 month (Real-life) = 1 season (or three months), RP-life
4 months (Real-life) = 1 year (or four seasons), RP-life
