Eastern Hold
One of the first Holds on the Eastern Continent, it is slightly more inland from the Weyr. It is slightly smaller than its sister Hold, Eden, because though in its early days it was huge and prosperous, one thing and another has led to Eastern Hold's decline in size. It is still prosperous, and its trademark is the tanners, smiths, glass- and woodsmiths and other skilled crafters that produce goods that Eden Weyr (and Eden Hold) might not have the human resources to make.
Both of the Holds under Eden Weyr's wing are set up relatively similarly to the Weyr, since the design obviously works so well. The cotholds make a U shape, and inside that U toward the apex of the curve are the crafter's areas, where the ones who earn the Hold's bread and butter do their stuff. The main hall, where meetings and mealtimes and such are held, is toward the open end of the U.
