Positions:
Graphic Designer - Does not participate in monthly Staff meetings. Responsible for advertising the site as well as providing new and improved banners, layouts, dragon images, etc. of WoP.
Moderators - Will be designated specific sections to monitor, i.e. a certain Weyr or OOC section. Responsible for archiving/moving threads within that specific area and answering guest related questions for that section. Will participate in monthly Staff meetings. Must keep Information Guru informed of things such as Risings, Hold news, and so on within the Weyr if assigned one.
Global Moderator - Will be assigned entire sections (Northern Continent, Southern Continent, etc.). Responsible for archiving/moving threads within that area as well as answering guests questions pertaining to that entire section as a whole. Can accept new character profiles, and will also updated the Taken Names list and the Graveyard. Will participate in monthly Staff meetings.
Information Guru - Responsible for general knowledge of the site as a whole. Answers guest questions and participates in monthly Staff meetings to provide suggestions for improvement. Will monitor the Suggestions/Questions/Comments/Concerns board like a hawk, and also responsible for keeping up with general news of the Weyrs, Holds, Halls, Site, and special events and posting it on the sidebar.
Admin - The most time consuming and awesome of jobs here on WoP. Requires extensive knowledge of the site and a willingness to go above and beyond for WoP in regards to creating plots and activities for the site. Leads monthly Staff meetings. Accepts character profiles, archives/moves threads/topics, updates News Boards, plans special events, hosts monthly contests, approves new Weyrs, answers guest questions, etc. MUST have an easily reachable email and maintain weekly appearances.
