"Shards!" is the strongest Pernese oath, comparable to the Terran f*ck; "shardit" is also used.
"Fardling" is the Pernese version of the adjective/adverb f*cking.
"Shells and shards!" or just "Shells!" is slightly more mellow.
"By Faranth's Egg" or "in Faranth's name" is the Pernese equivalent of "by all that's holy or "in the name of God," since Pernese are not religious.
"By the Egg" is a slightly mellower version of "By Faranth's Egg".
"By the shards of my dragon's egg" is a common dragonrider's oath, not so much profanity as just swearing to something.
