The Land of Destina, as you may know, was always beautiful, gorgeous, and prosperous. It was once a peaceful world; or as peaceful as anyone could have within reason. The ruined lands left behind by wars of past were rebuilt; given to the victors… to all those who saw their blood drip in the scars of hatred.
For centuries, races lived peacefully, save for trivial skirmishes and battles, and most evil was subdued and succumbed.
All the lands prospered, and everything was calm…for a time.
Anyone that is familiar with history knows that nothing is perfect, and nothing lasts forever.
I have, I'm afraid, evil tidings to give you. The ruler of the fauns has opposition in every corner, and soon a civil war will break out, which will damage the peaceful reputation of the half-human race. The faeries have attacked the peaceful magic city of Aphalth; the magic kingdom of the humans. They have left it nearly in ruins. Zolas, the capital of the Dwarven realm, is also in the brink of destruction. Problems of hunger and poverty driving people to thievery and rioting. A new slave trade is becoming increasingly common, involving the faeries. The kings and queens of Destina are forming an army and rebuing their cities; and they swear eternal vengeance against their oppositions. Meanwhile, the Queen of the Elven kind struggles on the corner of the earth, swayed by all of the sides, but much more willing to just have peace.
Love, blood and treason hide in every corner.
The Royal families struggle to keep their realms and races at peace.
But you are brave, traveler, and it may be our only chance. There are destinies waiting to be written in this world and one of them is certainly yours. So come and join us, whether it be the fauns, the elves, the humans, the faeries, or the dwarves you favor; play your part in the war that is about to come, to shake Destina.
