You gotta give me what's mine.
I want you to burn, I want you to steal.
I want you to bleed, and see how it feels.
I want you to beg, I want you to crawl.
Give more than you take, and smile through it all.
And know that everything you do, I do it for you.
I want you to burn, I want you to steal.
I want you to bleed, and see how it feels.
I want you to beg, I want you to crawl.
Give more than you take, and smile through it all.
And know that everything you do, I do it for you.
|!/|D'nasrin|!!| Masinanth|\!|
Weyr: Talune Weyr
Name: D'nasrin
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual with a touch of curiosity lingering around. ;P
Rank: Wingrider-Tidal Storm/Wingrider-Misted Reason
Age: 23
Appearance: D'nasrin is a rather hardy fellow, compliments to his upbringing in the beastcraft. He almost appears stocky in build when his body is covered over in clothes but, once off, that bulky build immediately comes loose from the mind. He takes great care in his appearance and it shows because his clothes are never out of place and always match to a tease. With a full height of five foot eleven, D'nasrin is not painfully tall, and all of the lankiness from his younger years has vanished entirely. From a distance, the man resembles a bear because he does posses the girth in muscle to easily be one, and his hair is that rich, almost black brown that is cut short and spiky. Light blue eyes are set in a rugged face, with a defined jaw that is covered in shadowed stubble. All in all, he looks far more experienced than his actually turns give him credit for, but in a rather pleasing way.
Personality: D'nasrin has quite the strict sense of order, and is very antsy and picky about particular things such as the way they look and are set up. He's more or less very OCD, although not in an odd or counterproductive manner. He just likes to get things done and the best way to do it right is his way, or so he believes. Sharing the trait of his Brown, D'nasrin is very quiet and almost anti-social at times. His curt manner drives many away from him but, at the very same time, his eye for detail and his open ear for issues allows people to flock to him. Any issue that need be resolved, D'nasrin is your man. Furthermore, one need not worry if he calls them friend for, though his companion's list is rather short, anyone who claims him as backup certainly has a devoted soul with them through thick and thin. He isn't one to give in to anything, because the Brownrider has a horribly defiant side.
History: Dynasrin, as he was born, grew up in the beastherder craft of Talune Hold, with very little influence from his mother's side as she was often kept away with her duties as a drudge. His father knew the trade down to the very finest of print and, from that, Dynasrin grew to love animals and learn to work around and with them to an expert degree. The time spent outdoors and among various creatures training and laboring with them gifted the lad with quite the excellent immune system and, as such, he and his father, along with others of the craft, escaped the brief sickness of flu that swept over Talune Hold. Sadly, Ainas, Dynasrin's older brother who worked in the kitchens, fell to the sickness and was lost. The loss of her eldest son sent Daine into a depression that drove the family apart, and so, from Dynasrin's tenth turn to his fifteenth, he spent all of his time with his father. When his father remarried and had a third son, Dynasrin knew it was time to leave home. He could barely contain his excitement when Searchriders came, seeking out candidates for the next clutch and, along with five others, he was accepted as compatible with a hatchling by a Green dragon named Yaenirth.
As the hatching day arrived, Dynasrin stood with the other male candidates in the hopes of Impressing a young dragon. Like any young boy on Pern, of course he was secretly hoping to be a rider. It was everyone's dream to ride across such a savior of Pern! His hopes began to plummet, however, as candidates he had come to befriend vanished from the stands, and he was soon alone with several other girls across from him. Oh, the shame! How could he not Impress? All that was left were several Reds and an irritated Brown that had not chosen anyone throughout the entire hatching but instead snapped at nearly everyone and even left a nasty gash in one young lad. As a springy Crimson burst from his shell and plowed through the sands, Dynasrin's hopes raised as the blood red beast lunged for him. A streak of Brown collided with the delighted Crimson and prevented him from reaching his supposed bonded. Jaws parted, the Brown tore at the Red's neck and lifted him, shaking him roughly before dropping him and snarling.
He is Mine. Do you understand? The Crimson shook his head faintly before scurrying rapidly over to one girl and Impressing, the girl leading the bleeding dragonet off the sands just as the Brown wondered back to Dynasrin and began to speak. Apologies, Mine, but I had to know who we stood against and who thought themselves worthy to be Yours. I could not leave the sands as early as I had hatched and still know all that I do. Now, come Mine. We need rest and food both.
Masinanth, as was the name of the...pleasent Brown whom he had bonded, proved to be a perfect match to the new weyrling's personality. They worked their way up and through the ranks, though nver bothered to take their offered position of Wingseconds when M'za transferred in to lead Misted Reason. Despite the chance being a grand honor, the two turned it down for the simple fact that a female led their wing. They had no quarrel with her, but would not tolerate the notion of being under her thumb and being the lacky for all her wishes. It as only a touch of fortune that another offer came to the pair shortly after: to be WeyrlingMasters. As the former Bluepair had become too aged to properly attend to their duties, Masinanth and D'nasrin took the job offer with a grain of salt. They certainly weren't...children creatures by any means, and couldn't tolerate incompetence which was doubtedly going to occur while training the group. Since their first turn as WeyrlingMasters, so the wretchedly somber and impatient pair have passed the reins to someone else, children proving too much of an inconvenience for either rider or dragon to be in any way tolerant for any length of time.
Father: Nabris, BeastMaster at Talune Hold-Alive
Mother: Daine, Drudge at Talune Hold-Alive
Siblings: Briad, younger half brother-Alive. Ainas, older brother-Deceased.
Pets: Brown Flit Tonac
Tonac is a horribly strict flit with a painfully short temper. He is often found snapping at the green flits who come to flirt with him, as well as anyone who tries to touch him that isn't His or Masinanth. He doesn't like attention of any sort, and goes out of his way to hide in the most inconvienant of places when he is in a foul mood, making D'nasrin's attempts to find him when he needs an errand run difficult. When the brown flit isn't behaving like a complete scrouge, he is lazing about, sharing many a mental conversations with Masinanth and, occasionally, His.

Dragon Name: Masinanth (Mah-sin-nanth)
Dragon Color: Brown
Age: 4
Personality: Masinanth is a rather somber, serious fellow but, unlike most Browns, he fails to see humor in things. Any joke is more or less met by his characteristic frown or a mere shake of the head and abrupt cold shoulder treatment. He is perfectly at home in his and his Mine's quite weyr all by himself, and company generally finds him out of his element. Anything in the way of arguing supremely irritates Masinanth, so he tends to avoid debates and certain issues, making him appear daft to others, which is not so. The Brown has quite the gifted intellect, he just chooses very specific times to use it. With a rather thin tolerance for idiocy, he avoids the general Green and Red population, leaning more toward the side of the more down-to-earth and clever Silvers for company. Despite his quite hard exterior, he is really a very affectionate dragon deep down just...to a select few people. Anyone who does manage to snag his loyalty, however, has a warrior that would gladly die for any cause he so saw fit to because, once his passion is brought into the mix, there is no stopping Masinanth. His rule of life is that one has nothing to offer but themself and, if that is not good enough, make others see it as. He wont bend to suit anyone, and whomever expects such a thing will find great disappointment in dealing with the Brown.
Appearance: Masinanth is fairly well off in body build for he is neither the largest of his color nor the smallest at his thirty-three feet in length. His pinions flare out, quite thick and sturdy for his coloring, with a width that is known more to the Silver counterparts than Browns. His legs and tail are equally thick, almost to match his wings, but they thin out at the end where his wings do not. His body is rather splendidly proportioned, and his muscled, yet not bulky, body makes for an attractive frame to support his saddle brown hide. The shade is even throughout aside from around his clawed feet where it looks as though someone has taken a brush and splattered lighter brown spots around them.
